The Details -

The workshop runs over four days, from 13th–16th January 2026.
Each session will be taught live inside a private Facebook group. If you can’t attend live, replays will be hosted on my website and available until 26th January 2026.

You will need a paintbrush, a basic watercolour paint set and a decent watercolour paper. I recommend 300 gsm Cold-Pressed.
I’ll be sharing my full supply list with you but the most important thing is that you come and paint. I’ll also be showing you how to paint with what you’ve got, so please don’t feel you have to go out and buy something fancy.

I’ve taken the most common challenges people face when painting florals and shaped them into this relaxed, creative workshop.
You’ll learn how to break flowers down into simple shapes, explore different tools and materials, and discover techniques that help your florals feel looser and more expressive.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have painted 12 floral designs, one inspired by each month of the year.

Yes. This workshop is designed to be welcoming and accessible for all skill levels.
I have a special offer for my Beginner Watercolour Floral Course at the checkout, where I teach you the foundations of watercolour painting. In conjunction with workshop week, you can purchase it for just £15 which is a great place to get started.
Some flowers will feel easier than others, but the techniques I teach are broken down in a simple, encouraging way. You’re never expected to be perfect. The focus is on learning, experimenting, and enjoying the process.
If you’re completely new to watercolour, you’re very welcome to join and paint at your own pace.

Get ready for a week of creativity, inspiration, and beautiful blooms! During the Flowers of the Year Workshop, we’ll paint 12 stunning flowers, each representing a month of the year. With step-by-step guidance and a supportive community, this workshop is designed for all skill levels—whether you’re a beginner or looking to explore new techniques.
The Schedule:
Jan 12th: We'll open the doors to the workshop Facebook group, it’s a great space to meet fellow floral lovers.
Jan 13th: Day 1 Live - We'll start with an intro and run down of supplies and materials and we will be painting our first 3 flowers together - Carnations, Violets and Daffodils.
Jan 14th: Day 2 Live - I'll introduce a couple of new materials and we'll be painting Sweet Peas, Lily of the Valley, and a Rose
Jan 15th: Day 3 Live - We'll go a little loose with our Delphiniums, then move on to Poppies and Asters
Jan 16th - Day 4 Live - On our final day, we’ll wrap up the week with some highlights from the week, and we'll paint our final 3 flowers - Cosmos, Chrysanthemum and Narcissus.
