The workshop is being held over 5 days - 9th-13th June 2025. Day 1 is an induction day and then there will be Live workshop classes from 10th-13th. The Live workshop classes will be held within a private Facebook group. Afterwards, the replays will be hosted on my website until July 15th.

I’ve distilled the common challenges of loose floral painting into this fun workshop! I'll show you how to break down floral shapes, create movement, and bring your flowers to life. From the 9th-12th, we'll focus on different florals with practical lessons, and on the 13th, we’ll put it all together to paint a finished piece. By the end of the week, you’ll have at least four lovely loose floral paintings!

Schedule:

Day 1 - You’ll receive a Workbook, Moodboard and Exploration video, which will walk you through our theme for the week. We’ll take a look at the style and learn how to make expressive marks. (This content will be delivered through email and hosted on an online portal)

Day 2 - Live event through a private Facebook group 3pm-4pm BST time (UK time). I’ll be sharing the first part to our skills class. We’ll be looking at filler florals, mark making and then painting a loose wildflower piece. Replays will be available afterwards inside the portal.

Day 3 - Live event through a private Facebook group 3pm-4pm BST time (UK time). We’ll be diving into open florals, and getting really loose with our hand to create a finished painting. Replays will be available afterwards inside the portal.

Day 4 - Live event through a private Facebook group 3pm-4pm BST time (UK time). Time to get a little bit more complex as we look at side flowers. I’ll break down the shapes and we’ll use this to paint a fun floral arrangement using this technique. Replays will be available afterwards inside the portal.

Day 5 - Live event through a private Facebook group 3pm-4pm BST time (UK time). We’ll be putting everything into practice from workshop week and use our new skills to paint a full watercolour floral composition. Replays will be available afterwards inside the portal.
